The vision behind YOJOY
This is Wacoal's new challenge, born from the honest feelings of one woman. Approximately 90% of our workplace members are women.
As we explored the female body through our work, a certain idea began to sprout in each person's heart.

Could we support women's daily lives not just physically, but by integrating both mind and body?
Gradually, like-minded colleagues gathered, creating a space where we could openly discuss concerns we hadn't really talked about before, and values we held dear.

Then, we encountered the concept of "Yojyo" (self-care for health) rooted in our daily lives.
Instead of addressing ailments after they appear, Yojyo is about daily self-care in tune with the changing seasons.
In the process of creating YOJOY, we found ourselves discovering more small joys and pleasures in our daily lives.
